If you get the message "The current language is not supported by the device Driver Installation Wizard. Contact the vendor that provided you this package." then you need to perform the following steps in order to install drivers for your region.

1) Edit the dpinst.xml file
2) For French:
   Change <language code="0x0409"> to <language code="0x040C">
3) For Swedish:
    Change <language code="0x0409"> to <language code="0x041d">
4) For Portuguese (Portugal):
    Change <language code="0x0409"> to <language code="0x0816">
5) For German (Germany):
    Change <language code="0x0409"> to <language code="0x0407">

If your language isn't found in the list above, then see the following link's "Language Codes" section (not the "Country/Region Codes" section) for a full list of Decimal Values (which must be converted to hexadecimal. For example, for Swedish the decimal value is 1053, so the hexadecimal value is 0x041D.
