Creating a Support Portal Account
1. Click Sign In (top right)
2. At the bottom of the sign in screen click Sign Up Now
3. Enter your email and click Send Verification Code
4. Enter the code you receive, then click Verify Code
5. Create a password and confirm it.
6. Click Create to finish
Updating Your Profile
1. You'll be taken to your Profile page (or click your profile name on the top right and select Profile)
2. Complete your profile with first/last name, business phone, and required fields (state is mandatory)
3. Click Update to save. You'll return to the Home page when successful
